Dear Members of the Woodville City Council,
I am writing to inform you of several issues in our community that need attention. A resident, John Smith, of 123 Elm Street, has reported problems with the road conditions on Elm Street, especially between Maple Avenue and Oak Street. There are many potholes and cracks that have worsened after recent heavy rain, causing traffic disruptions and safety hazards. Even though temporary repairs have been made, the problems continue.
The resident is also concerned about poor lighting in Central Park, especially along Park Lane, because broken or missing streetlights have led to minor accidents and lowered property values. He requests that the Council repair Elm Street and improve the lighting in the park.
I urge the Council to address these issues for the safety and well-being of our community. Thank you for your attention to these matters. I trust we will work together to resolve these issues effectively.
